DMCA Policy for Openclaw Ai Models

Openclaw Ai Models respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, Openclaw Ai Models will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Openclaw Ai Models service and/or website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to Openclaw Ai Models' designated Copyright Agent identified below.

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that material available on our Site infringes upon your copyrights, please submit a DMCA notice to us. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the Site.

Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a notice of infringing material with Openclaw Ai Models, please provide a written communication (by email or regular mail) that sets forth the information specified in the below list. Please be aware that you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that a product or activity is infringing your copyrights.

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: This means a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing: Provide a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Openclaw Ai Models Site, sufficient for us to locate the material (e.g., URL of the specific page or model).
  3. Contact information of the complaining party: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material you posted on the Site was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing a written communication (by email or regular mail) that sets forth the information specified in the below list. Please be aware that you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that a product or activity is not infringing the copyrights of others.

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: And the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: That you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court: For the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Openclaw Ai Models may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.
